Berneck’s MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) production plant is located in Araucária (PR) in the south region of Brazil; strategically placed close to its raw-material resources and main ports in the country.

With initial production in July 2008, Berneck’s brand new MDF production line is specialized in the production of thin boards, with thickness from 2,5mm on. The panels are produced with selected wood from 100% pine plantation forests and synthetic resin (urea-formaldehyde) bonded together under heat and pressure with the world’s leading technology fiber preparation machinery and continuous press.

It is a homogeneous panel with light color, perfect dimensional stability, uniform density and smooth surface. It is rigorously tested in accordance with the EN norms, worldwide accepted for this product. Our MDF stands out for its light color and long fibers.
