MDP (Medium Density Particleboard)
Berneck’s MDP (Medium Density Particleboard) is produced with selected wood particles from 100% pine plantation forests. The wood particles are bonded together with a synthetic resin (urea-formaldehyde) under heat and pressure with the world’s highest technology continuous press.
It is a homogeneous panel with perfect dimensional stability, uniform density, smooth surface, excellent compacted edges and a cut finishing free of loose particles. Berneck’s MDP is highly resistant to warping, cracking and splitting. It is rigorously tested in accordance with the EN norms, worldwide accepted for this product.
Our MDP stands out for its excellent screw holding strength and its homogeneous and fine surfaces, guaranteed by the perfect distribution of the wood particles. This is why we assure good machining and superior result with direct printing/impression as well as with receiving any type of lining products. |
