Our Teak mill is located in the same region as our reforestation areas and its technology includes; a complete sawmill, Vaporizer for a special color treatment, Kiln for drying, horizontal Finger Jointer, high frequency Press, Planner, Trimmer, broad band Sanding machine, Warehouse for storage and other specialized equipment.

Berneck produces the Edge Glued Panel with Multibond EZ-1 glue on the finger joints and Multibond Advantage 2 for the lateral of the strips. The panels are square edged, sanded and finished.

Thickness 19, 22, 25, 31, 34, 40 and 49 mm
Width 300 to 1250 mm
Length with F-J 2300, 2500 and 2750 mm

We have invested in high generation equipment that through vapor and pressure controlled by temperature supplies the lumber with a homogeneous coloration for clients who require the lumber without the sapwood coloring.

We are also able to supply the teak-wood roughly sawn and as S4S/S2S. Please contact us for more information.
